1. Acceptance
By using this Service you agree to these Terms and to the documents they reference, including the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is a free tool that transcribes audio and video files inside your browser. It is provided as it is today; we may change, add, or remove features, and we do not promise that it will always be available or that it will work with every file or browser.
3. Your recordings
Use the Service only with recordings you have the right to use. If a recording includes other people, make sure you are allowed to transcribe it. Processing happens on your device; you remain responsible for the files you process and for how you use the results.
4. The output
Transcripts made by speech recognition can contain mistakes: wrong words, missing words, and timestamps that are off. The Service does not label speakers. Check a transcript before you publish, quote, or rely on it, and never rely on it alone where a mistake could cause harm, such as in legal, medical, or official records.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided on an as is basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
